✉️ Step 1: Accept your invitation

Check your inbox for an email from Careteam with the subject line “You’ve been invited to join Careteam.”

• If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folders

• Still missing? Ask your administrator to resend the invitation

Your invitation email will look something like this:

📝 Step 2: Set up your profile

You’ll be taken to a welcome page where you’ll:

815. Enter your first and last name

816. Create a secure password

817. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy—click Agree if you're ready

That’s it! Your account is now active 🎉

📸 Step 3: Personalize your profile

Once inside Careteam:

• Go to your profile settings

• Add a profile picture so others can recognize you easily

• Optional: Update your contact details and notification preferences

🚀 You’re ready to go

You can now view care plans, collaborate with your team, and start using the platform.
