If you have forgotten your password, you can sign in by following a few simple steps.

2. Select forgot password under the email address section.  

3. Enter your email 

4. Submit.

5. Go to your email inbox and open the email that was sent by Careteam. 

6. Select the link in the email (the link expires in 2 hours). The link will take you to a page that enables you to reset your password. 

7. Enter the new password. 

You have now changed your password and can successfully sign in to Careteam.
