✨ New capabilities

Big upgrades that unlock new possibilities for how you and your teams work.

🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Protect your account with optional 2FA using your phone or authenticator app. Admins can require 2FA for all staff or clients in their organization.

🔁 Edit/Delete repeating activities
You asked, we delivered: edit or delete repeating Forms, Check-ins, Tasks, and Appointments to give your workflows more flexibility.

📊 Customer metric dashboards
Track success across 3 key stages:

Smaller tweaks that make a big difference to your daily experience.

✅ Task Title + Description
Task titles are now separate from descriptions. Keep titles short and to the point, and let the details live inside the task.

📈 Check-In visualization
Clearly see question types (Yes/No, multiple choice, numeric input) and results at a glance.

📝 Bigger, better Check-Ins

  • Up to 20 questions

  • Longer character limits

  • Archived check-ins remove incomplete tasks and hide unneeded buttons

📬 Branded email invites
Patients and clients now receive branded invitations to join Action Plans, featuring your organization’s logo and name.

👥 User role update
The “Assistant” role is now Provider + Desk Messaging — clearer and more accurate for frontline staff.

✉️ Secure messaging

  • Hide disabled users for cleaner lists

  • Patient name now appears in new channel titles to reduce confusion and improve safety

⚠️ "Concerns" section paused
Temporarily removed from Action Plans while we re-evaluate how to better represent person- or provider-driven concerns.

➕ “Things to Do” list clean-up
If Forms, Check-ins, or Referrals aren't set up in your Admin Library, they no longer appear in the +Add list. This reduces clutter and confusion.

👩‍⚕️ Team Page overhaul
Our new Team Page UX is here:

  • Support team grouped at the top

  • Clear add/invite options

  • No more legacy links — MAP is fully on the new front-end


🐞 Bug fixes

No one likes them, but they do pop up — and we squash them fast.

  • Fixed an issue where valid 2FA phone numbers were being rejected

  • Password fields now properly hide typed characters

  • Resolved a resource link error in the Things to Do list

  • Fixed an issue where some org-specific users couldn’t access People or start Action Plans
