Navigating archived patients and their Action Plans is a breeze with our user-friendly system. Discover how to access past records effortlessly, empowering you to track progress, review history, and ensure continuous patient success.

When a patient has multiple Action Plans, archived ones are accessible by:

  1. Click on the “People” tab to see the list. 
  2. Select the “Patient” name.
  3. Click “Show archived” from the patient’s Action Plan list.
  4. Select the archived Action Plan you wish to review.

 

When a patient no longer has any active Action Plans, they will be transitioned to the archive list. Follow these steps to access archived patients and Action Plans. 

  1. Click on the “People” tab to see the list. 
  2. Click on “Archived” to show only archived patient plans.
