Our platform empowers healthcare providers to extend invitations to other healthcare organizations, fostering genuine shared care collaboration. Whether you're facilitating a smooth transition of care or seeking to enhance patient success through collaborative efforts, this feature offers a remarkable solution. 

  1. From the People tab click on the patient and the action plan you want to invite a health organization to.
  2. Click on the “Team” tab. 
  3. In the Health team section click on the “+Invite organization” button. 
  4. Select the organization you are inviting from the list, confirm patient consent and click “Confirm”.

Note: Invitations can only be extended to health organizations that have been set up by Careteam on the backend and are active within the Careteam network. If you don't see an organization in the list that should be there reach out to support@getcareteam.com.
