Learn how to add and activate announcements that reach all of your users.

Announcements are a great way to get a short message to all of your Careteam users (patients and their supporters). Announcements can be used to update your patients of a clinic closure due to holiday or weather, changes in precautions, or system upgrades.
Only users identified as administrators can add and activate announcements. Follow these steps to add appointments into the library:
Click on the "Admin" tab.
Click on the "Announcements" link on the left side.
Announcements currently added to the library will be visible in the list.
Click "Create announcement".
Add a headline and any additional information for the body of the text.
Click "Save" or "Activate" to complete.
Note: Only one announcement can be active at time. If you are creating a new announcement and there is already one active - it will automatically archive the current one once the new one is activated.
