Have an idea that would make Careteam better? A tool you wish existed? A small tweak that could save time or frustration? We want to hear about it.

Careteam is built with—and for—real healthcare teams like yours. Many of our best features come directly from user feedback, and we review every suggestion with care.

🚀 How to share your idea

  1. Describe the feature
    What would you like us to add or improve?

  2. Share how you’d use it
    Tell us how this would help in your workflow or support the people you care for.

  3. Send it in

    • Email: Write to support@getcareteam.com with a clear subject line (e.g. Feature Request: Bulk Messaging for Appointments)

    • Platform Widget: Click the 💬 widget in the bottom-right of the this knowledge base and submit your idea directly
