What if my patient doesn’t know how to use technology?

Careteam is used by people of all ages and abilities.

Careteam can still be used in the following ways if a patient chooses not to personally utilize technology.

  • Family members or care providers can be the primary users of Careteam and ensure they are all on the same page, which benefits the person even if they are not able or interested to interact with technology. 

  • They can also record the person’s answers and tell them the next steps verbally or print out the Action Plan.   

  • The Action Plan can be printed and handed directly to the patient or a member of their support team if they do not wish to access it online.
