🩺 Why this matters

The Status Updates block keeps your whole care team aligned without needing extra messages or meetings.

It’s ideal for:

  • Sharing non-urgent updates with your health team

  • Making sure new team members have full context

  • Communicating across shifts and organizations

  • Keeping sensitive updates private from patients/families

Unlike General Information, this block is visible to healthcare providers only.

🔍 Where to find it

  • Go to the People tab

  • Select the patient and open the relevant Action Plan

  • Find the Status Updates block on the dashboard (location may vary based on your layout)

You’ll see:
🛈👁️ Health Team Only – this icon confirms it’s private to the care team.
