It’s ideal for:

Sharing non-urgent updates with your health team

Unlike General Information, this block is visible to healthcare providers only.
🔍 Where to find it

Go to the People tab
-
Select the patient and open the relevant Action Plan

Find the Status Updates block on the dashboard (location may vary based on your layout)
You’ll see:
🛈👁️ Health Team Only – this icon confirms it’s private to the care team.
🚀 What you can do in this section
📝 Add non-urgent updates

Click + Add, type your note, and save

New updates show a “new” flag (✨) when others log in

After 3+ updates, click “See All” to view the full history

You can edit or delete your own notes—but not others'
