We’ve introduced CAPTCHA across the platform to enhance security and protect against automated or unauthorized access — helping keep Careteam safe and reliable for all users.
💬 Secure messaging: Improved channel naming
In Secure Messaging, channel names now default to displaying:
The person’s name
Their date of birth (D.O.B.)
This makes it easier to quickly identify the correct conversation.
🧭 Updated “Discharge” block → “Coordination” block
Based on user feedback, we’ve updated the Discharge block to the Coordination block.
While the functionality remains the same, the updated terminology better reflects ongoing care workflows. The block now includes:
