🎯 Goals block

The new goals block brings a patient’s existing goals section directly onto the action plan dashboard. This provides a stronger visual cue for care teams and keeps everyone aligned with what matters most to the patient.

You can now download an action plan as a PDF for:

• Uploading to your EMR

• Documentation and reporting

Check-ins now support a Likert scale question type, allowing for more nuanced responses and better tracking of trends over time.
